Answer all of your questions
Each Short Course has a total duration of 7 weeks.
Our Short Courses run on weekdays in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm. You will have one class per week over a 7-week period. You will have class lectures in the first 6 weeks, while week 7 will be dedicated to your group project presentation.
We recommend that you attend all classes, but we understand that sometimes it can be impossible. Therefore, our Short Course attendance policy allows you to miss 2 out of 6 classes per module without justification. The only reason an absence would be justified is if you are unwell and can provide an official medical note. Remember that any absence will hinder your learning and thus likely jeopardise your results.
Each Short Course has 4 assessment components: a group submission (40%), an individual submission (20%) and a formal oral presentation (20%) for your module project, as well as a participation grade (20%) based on your participation during classes.
Yes! Some of our Short Courses include guest speakers in your discipline, as well as course projects that will happen in collaboration with a real business.
Additionally ESEI runs guest speaker sessions throughout the year, some of which will focus on specific areas in business, and all of which will provide relevant insights for you.

You'll be presented with your ESEI Certificate directly after the completion of your course. You can email us at [email protected] if you have any specific questions about your certificate.

You can apply to ESEI at any time during the year. However, because we have limited places in our Short Courses, we do recommend that you start your application sooner rather than later to guarantee your spot.
Our Short Courses are practical and professional courses designed to help you grow in your career. As such, we do not require a Bachelor degree to enrol. Instead, we will study your professional experience to make sure you will be able to succeed with the level of the course.
First of all, we want you to know that we want you here, too. It doesn't matter where you're starting from—if your level of English isn't as high as you'd like it to be, or if you don't have an official English proficiency score, we can help you get started with our Short Courses in English. So keep reading!
You can apply to ESEI if you have a good command of English but are lacking an official English proficiency score. If this is the case, after your admission interview, you may be required to take an English test to confirm your level of English.
If you do not have a good command of English—no worries! We'll walk with you through our English Preparation Course before the start of your Short Course. The English Preparation Course normally takes place in August and January each year, so no matter what month you're accepted into ESEI, by the time your program starts, we'll make sure that your language skills are good enough to start the Short Course!
