The International MBA at ESEI International Business School of Barcelona offers two distinct durations to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of its students.

- The 1-year program is designed for those who wish to fast-track their MBA experience and quickly transition into their desired career paths.
Note: Students who choose this path can only take electives that are available online (current programmes available are Digital Marketing modules & International Relations and International Business Modules)

- The 1.5-year option provides a more paced curriculum, allowing students additional time for deeper immersion into the subjects, and potentially more opportunities for internships or real-world business experiences.

Our International MBA programme is run on weekdays in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm. You will have classes 2-3 times per week, which allows you to work and study at the same time. Additionally, if you are a non-EU student who requires a student visa to study in Spain, our International MBA programme meets the student visa requirements of full time study in Spain.

Students must attend at least 5 out of 7 sessions for each module. They cannot miss more than 2 classes for any reason. Absence will only be justified for observance of religious holidays. All Medical appointments, family commitments, etc. must fall within the allowed absence.

Each module within our International MBA programme has 4 assessment components: a group submission (40%), an individual submission (20%) and a formal oral presentation (20%) for your module project, as well as a participation grade (20%) based on your participation during classes.

Yes! Within your classes, you will have guest speakers in your discipline, and some of your course projects will happen in collaboration with a real business. Additionally ESEI runs guest speaker sessions throughout the year, some of which will focus on specific areas in business, and all of which will provide relevant insights for you. Furthemore, you will have visits open throughout the year to different local companies giving you insight into the Barcelona business landscape.

Our International MBA is accredited by Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM). UCAM is a state-accredited and top-ranking Spanish university that validates and jointly awards the International MBA degree.

This means that upon completion of the programme, you will receive two separate degrees: a private degree from ESEI International Business School and a “titulo propio” from UCAM.
We have partnered with UCAM because we believe that it is important for an Best International MBA programme to be validated by an institution with high academic standards and with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will obtain two degrees: a private Masters degree from ESEI International Business School, and a título propio universitario from Universidad Católica de Murcia (university qualification awarded directly by UCAM). The title of both degrees will state the following depending on the chosen specialisation: International MBA in (name of specialisation: Business Management / Digital Marketing / Marketing and Communication / Tourism and Hospitality Management / International Relations and International Business).

"You'll be presented with your ESEI International MBA diploma at our graduation ceremony, which typically takes place in July. If you need proof of your degree completion for work or other reasons, we can provide a signed letter to use as proof until you receive your actual diploma. If you are eligible for the UCAM degree, it will arrive up to 12 months after completing the programme requirements.
