Hello, I am Thet Mesias, the Community Manager at ESEI, and I am in-charge of overseeing our digital presence through social media channels.  As a trusted member of the ESEI team, I am committed to providing high-quality content that resonates with our community. Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, my main responsibilities include:

  1. Content Creation and Management: This involves developing and implementing community-centric content, overseeing its creation, and ensuring ESEI responds and engages with its community
  2. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building: This includes establishing open and effective communication channels, fostering collaboration, and promoting a shared understanding of goals and expectations among ESEI’s stakeholders
  3. Performance Monitoring: This involves tracking and analyzing community engagement metrics, creating reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve community engagement and achieve organizational goals.
