Pauline Youndjia Ngongang is an ESEI Alumni from Cameroon. Pauline studied our Master in International Relations and International Business programme. During her studies, she took on roles as a Learning Facilitator, English Teacher and Customer Service Representative. Today, Pauline is the Chief Executive Officer at The Paradigm Shift (My Mindset-Shift), an NGO based in Cameroon focusing on key areas of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Peaceful Security.
