Hello, I’m Julia Im, the Academic Partnerships and Innovation Manager at ESEI International Business School. Julia Im’s Responsibilities

As the Academic Partnerships and Innovation Manager at ESEI, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, each aimed at enhancing the educational experience we offer. These include:

• Networking and Partnerships: I engage in local and international networking, sourcing alternative professors for various modules, and establishing valuable connections. This includes compiling detailed profiles for potential instructors and participating in key networking events.
• Educational Innovation and Quality Assurance: I stay abreast of the latest trends in educational methodologies and entrepreneurship. My role encompasses arranging and coordinating academic activities like study trips, company visits, guest lectures, and ESEI Talks panel discussions.
• Project-Based Learning: I support and enhance our Project-Based Learning initiatives, collaborating with faculty to design projects that reflect real-world challenges. These projects combine academic rigor with industry relevance, providing practical experience for students.
• Programme Design and Sales Enhancement: A significant part of my job is to innovate academic programmes, including conducting competitor analysis and collaborating with educational experts.
• Academic Event Management and Liaison: I manage academic events and act as a liaison, coordinating with various departments, particularly with marketing, to align strategies and communications for reaching and assisting prospective students.
• Student and Faculty Engagement: I am committed to enhancing student engagement through strategic communication and building a strong community among faculty members, supporting their training, and maintaining high teaching standards.
