Farnoosh Geravesh – Academic Programme and Operations Coordinator

Hello! I’m Farnoosh Geravesh, the Academic Programme and Operations Coordinator at ESEI Business School. In my role, I support the smooth day-to-day delivery of academic programmes and ensure that students, faculty, and staff have the operational support they need throughout the academic year. I work closely with different teams to coordinate on-ground activities, monitor the student learning experience, manage academic resources and digital platforms, and ensure that any operational or academic issues are addressed efficiently. My goal is to help create a well-organised, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all students at ESEI.

In my role, I support a wide range of academic and operational activities that contribute to the successful delivery of ESEI’s programmes. Below are the key areas where I provide support:

I provide on-ground support to ensure the smooth running of academic activities and the day-to-day operations of the programmes. I act as a point of contact for students and faculty, helping to address questions, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with the relevant teams when additional support is required. I also assist with the organisation and coordination of academic activities and ensure that programmes run efficiently on campus.

I coordinate classroom facilities and ensure that the necessary materials, equipment, and resources are available for students and faculty. I monitor classroom requirements and address any issues that may affect the learning experience. In addition, I support the monitoring of student attendance and punctuality and follow up on relevant concerns. I also assist in identifying and addressing student performance issues, working with the appropriate academic teams to ensure that students receive the necessary guidance and support.

I support the management and day-to-day use of digital platforms related to academic programme delivery. This includes assisting students and faculty with platform-related questions, monitoring access and functionality, and helping ensure that relevant academic information and resources are available when needed. I also contribute to improving the use of digital tools to facilitate communication, organisation, and the overall student learning experience.

I coordinate the collection of feedback from students and other relevant stakeholders throughout the academic programme. I help gather, organise, and review feedback relating to classes, facilities, academic delivery, digital platforms, and the overall student experience. This information helps identify areas for improvement and supports the continuous enhancement of programme quality and student satisfaction.

Working across academic and operational areas, I contribute to ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and internal teams. I support the identification of operational and academic challenges and help coordinate appropriate solutions. Through regular monitoring, feedback collection, and follow-up, I contribute to the continuous improvement of programme delivery and the overall academic experience at ESEI.
