She is an Expert Consultant, Facilitator, and trainer with more than 9 years of experience facilitating and organizing skills training and workshops across a wide range of sectors. Clarissa’s aim as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator is to enable people to communicate through mutual learning by introducing improved methodologies, techniques, and processes. Having worked as an employee manager in a commercial position, she learned to approach issues from the client’s perspective and focus on delivering an exceptional level of service with a solution-driven attitude. .
