Carolina Backman is an ESEI Alumni from Finland who studied our Master in International Relations and International Business programme. During her studies at ESEI, Carolina got the opportunity to work as a Customer Service Agent for SECOPA, a company based in Barcelona and dedicated to the trading of pulp, paper and packaging. After her graduation, Carolina got a Customer Service Specialist position with Booking.com, one of the largest e-commerce, technology, travel, and experiences companies in the world. Today Carolina is an Operations Specialist at the Barcelona branch of HP, one of the world’s top IT Services and IT Consulting companies.
