Ariana Sher draws on her experience growing early-stage startups to explore how scalable systems and ethical decision-making shape sustainable business models. She teaches Business Ethics and Business Model Innovation, offering practical frameworks grounded in real-world operations and growth challenges.

Current Position

Ariana Sher is a Registered Investment Adviser with Global Opportune Investments and founder of Evergreen Synergies, a consultancy where she advises on strategy, operations, and cultural adaptations for cross-border business and MNCs. She brings this perspective to her teaching at IESE, where she lectures on Business Ethics and Business Model Innovation, drawing on her experience scaling early-stage startups and navigating the ethical considerations that shape sustainable enterprises.

She also lectures in International Financial Management and Project Management, equipping students with practical frameworks to navigate global markets, design sustainable business models, and lead cross-functional initiatives with integrity and impact.
