Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Semrush, she leads initiatives in business process transformation, talent management, and employee engagement to drive company growth. Prior to this, Anna was a Senior HR Business Partner at FLEETCOR, where she implemented HR solutions and enhanced leadership development to align HR functions with corporate goals. She also served as Head of Training and Development at the National Recovery Service, where she focused on employee development and corporate communications.
