The online postgraduate diploma programme consists of 5 Modules and an Impact Project, all taught via our E-Learning Portal.

Modules

Modules are 7-week courses are designed to give you a thorough grounding in the core concepts, theories and methods of your chosen subject area, as well as to provide you with an opportunity to apply your knowledge to specific business contexts. You will be supported throughout your learning by ESEI faculty who will help you develop skills that are essential for success in your field.

Each module is worth 5ECTS and will take you aproximately 32.5 hours to complete.

Impact Project

The aim of an impact project is to produce work that will have an impact on your immediate professional context, improve your standing in your current work community, and provide you with a competitive advantage in your career prospects.

Your impact project should demonstrate the following key skills: critical thinking, negotiation, planning and organizing, implementation, social skills, presentation skills, finance and budgeting, creativity, research, data creation and analysis.

The Postgraduate Diploma Impact Project is worth 5ECTS and will take you aproximately 32.5 hours to complete.

We also offer a variety of course extras to help you get the most out of your learning experience. For example, you’ll have access to an online library filled with useful resources, as well as one-on-one coaching sessions with a professional instructor. You’ll also be able to take advantage of ESEI’s hosted events on campus and online.

Our Online Masters is delivered 100% online in a way that allows you to have a fully flexible schedule and study at your own pace. You will have access to recorded video presentations from faculty, books and articles from our online library, as well as other resources. As part of your learning, you will be expected to complete a series of tasks and assignments throughout each module.

Our learning platform also includes gamification to make your education more engaging and fun. Through your engagement with the learning platform, you can earn credits that you can use to enroll in other courses.

You will be able to access the course from any devise such as desktops, laptops, tablets or mobile phones. You will also be able to download our APP for easy access to your course. 

At each stage of your e-learning experience, you will have the full support of our faculty and administrative staff who will ensure you are successful on the course.

Online Postgraduate Diplomas at ESEI requires a dedication of around 195 hours of individual study time, and takes roughly 5 months to complete.
