Good leadership is an invaluable component of organisational success. A manager must be able to motivate, direct, and guide their subordinates towards achieving organisational goals. Poor managerial practices can result in low morale amongst workers and poor productivity. This module will look at the leadership theories that have shaped modern management practices and also provide an overview of how organisations operate.

Ruth is also an Entrepreneur and Coach, she is a curious person, she likes to travel to discover new cultures, and she is constantly looking for challenges that give her the opportunity to continue learning and developing new skills.
