ESEI will host guest speaker Enric Oñós he will join professor Julia Roca from the Events and Facilities Management in Sports.
Enric will explain how hockey is growing, and his experience working for the Operations Department in the FIH Hockey Women’s World Cup. As well as how the world cup launched the whole growth project proposed by the RFEH.
Enric is a young professional who recently started working as Event Manager for the Real Federación Española de Hockey. Field Hockey is a minority sport, but the RFEH launched a very ambitious Growth Plan in 2022, proposing to increase the number of licensed players from 15.000 to 50.000 in 2030. Operations play a very important role in the growth of field hockey.
