Our International MBA students have included in their programme four 1-to-1 coaching sessions from a qualified in-house coach.
The process aims to support you in figuring out what the next steps in your career might look like. The coaching programme is designed to help you develop your personal and professional skills, and offers you a different perspective on your skills and strengths.
This session will be led by ESEI’s in-house coach Carlota Estera. She will introduce you to your coaching services for the academic year. A dynamic workshop on how to visualize your personal and professional future will follow and will end with a practical introduction on how to use Wizco for your coaching session number 2.

You will have two sessions during the fall semester:
- 1 session of 45 minutes with your in-house coach
- 1 online session of 45 minutes with one of our partner coaches through Wizco, a network of 5000+ professionals from over 3,000 companies on topics such as:
– Mock interview
– Business idea/plan
– Personal or professional coaching session
You will have two more sessions during your spring semester with your in-house coach.
