The admission process is ongoing at ESEI International Business School and we receive applications all year round.

Due to the limited number of places available, we advise you to start your application as early as possible to secure your place at ESEI.

Admission to ESEI is based on academic ability and potential for success. Academic ability is evaluated by the applicant’s past academic performance, recommendations and statement of purpose.


Secondary School Graduates applying for Bachelor programme

Certified copy of official secondary school academic transcript(s) and secondary

school leaving certificate. There are no prerequisite subjects.


Bachelor Graduates applying for Master / Postgraduate programmes:

University transcripts and Undergraduate diploma


Exchange / Transfer Students applying for Bachelor or Master programmes:

University transcripts and learning outcomes from the University of origin to ensure transferability of credits.


We accept a range of international qualifications. To be considered for admission to ESEI, you must have an academic record from an accredited institution that clearly demonstrates your academic ability.

All applicants (except exchange / transfer students) must have fulfilled all graduation requirements from their previous institutions before applying to ESEI.

Applicants who are currently in their final year of studies will be considered for conditional acceptance on the basis that they show successful completion of all graduation requirements from their previous institution prior to the start date of the programme at ESEI.

You are required to demonstrate your unique qualifications for and commitment to your chosen programme by discussing the experiences, people, and events that influenced your professional interests. The statement of purpose should be about 300 words in length.

Your Curriculum Vitae should include your personal information, education, qualifications and previous occupations.

It is crucial that you understand, read, write, and speak English fluently to fully benefit from the courses and the internships that ESEI offers. For this reason, you will be required to demonstrate a level of English competence that allows you to actively contribute to classroom discussions, interact with classmates from diverse backgrounds, and communicate effectively on written examinations, in group projects, and in oral presentations. If you have not lived in a country where English is the primary language or attended an educational institution full-time where classes are taught in English for the most recent three years prior to beginning your studies at ESEI, then you must achieve a satisfactory score on one of the following English proficiency tests: IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 80.

You should show sufficient funding for your studies, and provide a certified bank statement to prove your solvency. Please request an official letter from your bank addressed to ESEI showing the following information:

  • Date account opened
  • Average checking balance for the past 12 months
  • Current checking and savings balance
  • Balance of the account in Euros
  • Expiration date

If your funding will be provided by a sponsor, please include a letter to that effect duly signed by your sponsor and include their ID Card/ Passport and bank statement.

The referral should come from someone able to comment on your performance during your studies and should therefore preferably be written by a professor who has taught you. A referral can also be obtained from a current or ex-employer if you have work experience.

A copy of your ID Card or passport. If you are a Non-EU national, please provide a copy of the data page of your Passport.
