ESEI is offering a series of short courses (3 hours a week for 6 weeks) for anyone who’s interested. 1. Project Management and Lean Management

This short course takes a systematic approach to the study of project management. Its aim is to equip students with the tools needed to carry out effective management as set out by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This includes topics such as scope management and time management, as well as teaching effective communication to teams – a skill that’s especially useful now that everyone’s working remotely!
