Application

Fee

All non-European students are required to pay Application Fee of 150 Euros in order to start the application process. The fee is non-refundable and covers the administration expenses.

The application process will start once the payment has been made. It is only when the student obtains the visa that he/she is required to pay the Enrolment Fee.

*Please note that the fees are subject to increase each academic year at our discretion.

Tuition fees

We offer our students two options for paying tuition fees:

  • Full year payment (one payment)
  • Semester payment (two payments)

Full year payment plan:

To take advantage of the discount offered by the full year tuition fee payment plan, students are required to make payment before the following deadlines:

July 15th for fall semester starting in
September (Bachelor) / October (Master)

December 15th for spring semester in
January (Bachelor) / March (Master)

If the student does not meet the deadline for the full year payment, he/she will automatically be placed on the semester payment plan.

Semester payment plan:

Fees may be paid in two payments
(one for each semester) on the condition that:

the payments are made 30 days before
the start of studies in fall and spring semesters.

Master’s Programmes

*ESEI Tuition fees for Masters Programmes will be updated by the 30th of March due to an upcoming additional accreditation. These tuition fees are guaranteed for student enroling before the 30th of March. 

(*) Enrolment fee forms part of the total tuition fees for the academic year and refunds can only be made BEFORE THE START OF THE PROGRAMME on the basis of justifiable exceptional life circumstances. 20% will be charged for administrative expenses.
